• "Owner" - A User who lists vehicles for rent on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Vehicle Listings

• Owners must provide accurate information about their vehicles.
• Vehicles listed must be legally owned and properly insured.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.

6. Booking and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the vehicle owner.
• Prices displayed are in Tunisian Dinar (TND) unless otherwise stated.
• The Platform is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.

7. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other Users.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform acts as a marketplace connecting Renters with Owners.
• We are not a party to any rental agreement between Users.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tunisia.
